Night Bus
Riders couldn't tell when the last bus would come. I led the build of a live map that shows every bus in the city. Late-night ridership grew.

The problem
A city’s night buses ran on a timetable nobody trusted. Riders waited in the cold or gave up and called a taxi.
What I built
A live map that streams every bus’s position, predicts arrivals from real speeds instead of the timetable, and works as well with a screen reader as it does on screen: every stop has a spoken arrival time.
What changed
Late-night ridership grew month after month, and the city now publishes the same data for other apps to use.
